Abstract
Dieulafoy’s lesion is a rare cause of approximately 2% upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the extra gastric location in this case the duodenal is rare and difficult to diagnose, manage and treat. We describe the clinical case of a 79-year-old female patient with recurrent upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to Dieulafoy’s lesion in the third part of the posterior wall of the duodenum
