Abstract

A report of a female patient with multinodular goiter, on whom a total thyroidectomy under intra-operative nerve monitoring was performed, finding a left non-recurrent laryngeal nerve and confirmed with the use of the monitoring device. Different from the few cases reported, no vascular anomaly was found.
