Abstract
Head and neck reconstruction secondary to tumor resection or trauma are a challenge for the reconstructive surgeon. Currently free flaps are used for the reconstruction of complex defects leaving local flaps as a second option, however, ideal conditions are not always available. We present the case of an adult patient with loss of substance in the left atrulomastoid region and its reconstruction with a trapezius flap.
