Pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. A case report

Abstract

The pseudopapillary tumor accounts for 1 to 2% of all exocrine neoplasms of the pancreas. It has a higher incidence in young women and grows slowly. We present the case of a 41-year-old female patient with a history of 4 weeks of pain in the epigastrium and right hypochondrium, along with nausea and vomiting, without jaundice or weight loss.
